I ordered 2 mini & 1 carry all bag, I had a small issue with my carry all bag & they rectified it so quickly & were lovely about it! The bags themselves are amazing, the minis are perfect size for all of my makeup & fit way more than it looks like they would. The carry alls are sooo so spacious too! It fit my hair straightener & all of my skin & hair care for a month long trip with room still to spare. So impressed xx
